He rates his pain as 8/10 on the pain scale. • Subjective: John reports that the pain has been progressively worsening over the past six months, impacting his ability to participate in social activities and exercise. Vitals: • Blood pressure: 130/80 mmHg • Heart rate: 76 bpm • Respiratory rate: 16 breaths per minute • Temperature: 98.6°F Assessment: • Osteoarthritis of both knees • Impaired mobility related to joint pain and limited range of motion Interventions: 1. Administer acetaminophen 1000mg orally as ordered for pain relief. 2. Apply a cold compress to both knees for 15 minutes to reduce inflammation. 3. Provide a cane to assist with weight-bearing and improve stability during ambulation. Evaluation: • After interventions, evaluate John's pain level to determine the effectiveness of pain management strategies. • Assess his ability to walk with the cane and if it improves his mobility and stability.

Education:

1. Educate John about the importance of regular low-impact exercises, such as swimming or cclina, to strenathen muscles
