Question

A recent study done suggested that emotional intelligence played a big role when it comes to practicing wisdom for nurses' in the emergency department (Matney et al., 2016). What do you think of this statement? Do you feel like with all the knowledge that we are gaining we must also be able to be emotionally cognizant of the information we take in? To be able to discern the information and see how it applies to our life as nurses is important because it will dictate how we use the information and practice it.
