Jamie L. is the occupational health nurse at the T-shirt factory in town. Recently, the health clinic at the T-shirt factory had budget cuts,resulting in reduced services and cuts in personnel. The once full-time clinic is now open only 3 days a week, and Nurse Jamie no longer has support staff to help her with paperwork responsibilities.

Through her interactions with workers, Nurse Jamie observed several risky health behaviors (e.g. unhealthy diets, smoking) among them. Although she is very busy in the clinic, she would like to develop a health promotion program to address theses risky behaviors, but she is not sure where to start.
