Innovation can be a significant contributor to an organization's success. In the past decade, we have seen a number of innovations that have transformed transportation (Uber/Lyft), entertainment (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.), shopping (Amazon, Walmart, etc), and so on.

As such, there is no bad idea. The purpose of this assignment is to make an environment to test an idea that you have to make improvements. The jobs to be done theory is a good model to use to explore new ways of doing things. Here is a video from the originator of that theory:
