If your role is medical services, tell us what your actions will be and what support you need from others in the EOC.:At 10:15 a.m., the EOC receives many calls from the downtown area stating that a greenish-yellow cloud is beginning to emanate from two other cars in the wreckage and people are smelling an overwhelming bleach-like odor.
A local news reporter attending the festival describes people running from the downtown area with hands folded over their faces coughing violently. There are many reports of people having difficulty breathing and some appear to be unconscious. Reports begin coming in about multiple fatalities.
At 10:45 a.m., the hospital reports that a couple hundred people have arrived at the hospital complaining of burning eyes and nose, lung irritation and inflammation, sore throats, difficulty breathing, wheezing, coughing up yellow or green sputum, nose bleeds, headaches and dizziness, depression, and anxiety.
