And the themes for this individual assignment is Payment for Ecosystem services (PES) and the lecture series that I use are New leadership and changing worldviews for sustainable leadership, 21st Century management and Sustainable Global which are the lecture series But you can change it if you found that the lecture series that hard to connect with Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) theme. In addition, the lecture series that you can choose are New leadership and changing worldviews for sustainable leadership, 21st Century management, Transformational Leadership, The SPICE Framework for Renewal, The Holy Grail of Leadership: Changing Narratives in the Workplace, Sustainable Global. This assignment should divided into 3 part

Part 1. (1,500 words) 1.1 The dominant theme or themes that emerge to have apparent direct or indirect value within the notion of global leadership and change The dominant theme = I choose Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) 1.2 It should include critical development of the relationship between the context of the presentations, theories and concepts and how they might be applied to the issues raised.

Part 2. (250 words) You will need to identify briefly the research methods (we use Case Study) that your group used to approach the assessment of the$lecture series' impact and how you went about drawing out themes, analysis and meaning. ***My group assignment structure that will relevant on this part: we could write around the three topics Proposed Topics: 1. Comparing the EU and ASEAN Leadership in a Global World. 2. Can the ASEAN become a Global leader organization? 3. The impact of ASEAN leadership in a Global world. Essay content but not limited to the following; Introduction should contain what is Leadership and types of leadership? ASEAN/EU and whom does the organisations represents, some very brief background history, key objectives and the leadership style in each organisation. Leadership required in a Global and competitive world and what the ASEAN organisation can do to leverage on them.****

Part 3. (250 words) A short reflection of the dynamics of your group, individual performance, problems and self-evaluation is also required.
