Three libraries of the Public University need to send the books of the Math course to three libraries of a Private University. Shipping costs and restrictions are as follows:

Subject to:

X11 + X21 + X31 = 30 (Private 1 demand)
X12 + X22 + X32 = 30 (Private 2 demand)
