She is seen annually by her primary care clinician, who follows her well-controlled diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and hypertension. Her gynecologic history is notable for normal cervical cytologic studies, although none have been performed in about 10 years. She has exhibited some urinary tract symptoms over the last few years (dysuria occasionally, nocturia-3, incontinence with coughing and sneezing, urgency that sometimes leads to incontinence as well).
