You will look at yourself in the larger context: Who are you at work? Does your professional persona match that of your core self and identity? Are you expressing yourself and acting at work in ways that reflect your values and motivations? If not, why not? Can you pinpoint this disconnect? This week’s readings focus on stakeholder analysis and determining internal and external stakeholders and targeted messaging. This journal entry is more open-ended than the first as each of you may have different experiences at work and deal with different groups of stakeholders on a daily basis.
