Design a 4-bit shift register with 2 to 1 multiplexors whose control bit allows you to select between one of two modes right shift or left shift. Include logic to perform arithmetic shift left and arithmetic shift right . This means you must include logic to perform sign extension in the MSB when selecting the arithmetic shift right.In addition it must be able to shift in a logic zero when performing arithmetic shift right. Assume bits {q0-q3} are given.
