Modelling diagrams and system analysis report This assessment relates to Learning Outcomes a, b, c and e. This assessment will allow you to demonstrate that you can analyse the requirements for an information system, draw use case, domain model and system sequence modelling diagrams and explain how the components of information system design apply to organisational settings.

You have already analysed the Real Estate Information System (REIS) in Assessment 1. This assessment requires you to draw modelling diagrams based on the analysis you have already done and explain their application.

The assignment has four parts:

1. Discuss the two techniques for identifying use cases

2. Develop five user stories for the REIS.

3. Choose one user story and draw the following diagrams:

a. A use case diagram showing all critical use cases for the REIS. List all the assumptions you have made while drawing this diagram.

b. A UML class diagram showing all useful classes for the REIS. List all the assumptions you have made while drawing this diagram.

c. Extend the domain model class diagram for buyers and sellers to show a record of buying statistics for each buyer in each suburb using an association rule.

d. Develop an activity diagram for two scenarios of buying and selling properties.

4. Explain how each of the diagrams will be applied by the users of the REIS.
