Why is the one of the main problem with performance appraisals in that most of the employees seem to consider themselves as above average and do not like when someone says they are not why? What can we do to avoid these problems and what can be done to to avoid the dissatisfaction that we can get in after our performance appraisal? Linking it with methods of performance appraisal and which one is the best way to do performance appraisal?
