The plantiff handed over a car to a mercantile agent for sale on Condition that the car should not be sold below a specific price. The agent agreed to do so but sold it below such price and misappropriated the proceeds. "A" bought the car in good faith and resold it to the defendant. Can the plantiff recover the car from the defendant? State reasons for the answer.
