Patient is a 22-year-old female diagnosed with MDD, who presents to the clinic for a follow up for medication management and evaluation. Patient reports clonidine was causing her headache and after she stopped taking clonidine, she the headache stop but having problem sleeping. Patient denies anxiety, depression, SI, HI, AVH. Trazodone was recommeded to enable pt sleep. Appointment was scheduled for the next 4 weeks for a follow uo.
