Mary is an employee of ABC Inc. and has requisitioned material for her personal use. Employees of ABC Inc, are allowed to use material for their personal use as long as they pay for the cost of the material within 30 days. Mary searches the invoices for the last 10 years and finds the lowest cost for the material she used personally. This is acceptable because:
