What is the genotype?

I'm having trouble answering this problem:
In humans, migraine, is due to a dominant gene (M). A woman suffers from migraine which her mother also had. She has a sister and a brother, neither suffers from migraine, nor did the father.

What is the genotype of:
Her father
Her mother
The woman
If she marries a man who is heterozygous (Mm), what is the probability that their offspring will suffer from migraine?
