Research conflict management techniques for project teams and post your opinion on how to respond to ONE of the following conflict situations.

Two team members cannot get along and are both assigned to work with each other on the same set of tasks.

One of the project team members is consistently late in completing activities which is impacting the schedule.

The project team has been working a lot of overtime and is experiencing burn out.

Developing a conflict management plan up-front will better help you, as a project manager, deal with situations as they arise. Describe what this plan might look like.
