Assessment Brief
In the busy, often complex organisation of today the ability to summarise and condense information into a briefing document that covers all the salient points of the subject matter is a key skill.
You are required to produce a Management Briefing Document to your fictional Line Manager. The document should be 1500 words (+/-10%) and be based upon the topic that you have been allocated for your presentation. This is an individual piece of work. The document should aim to succinctly introduce the topic, explain the main details and provide advice as to what action the organisation should consider to manage the area.
