1. What makes a great operations management design process/outcome: 1) Desirable, 2) Feasible, and 3) Applicable?

In assessing the overall reliability value of a process/outcome, such a process or outcome must transition between three stages of dependability: 1) Reliability, 2) Sustainability, and 3) Resiliency, and at each stage, additional ‘dependability’ elements or modifiers must be added to the process/outcome to secure the next stage. Therefore, what makes a great dependable ‘OM’ design process/outcome reliable, sustainable, and eventually and ultimately resilient overall?

3. Provided from a ‘success’ points-of-view, which is only half of the Big Picture. The remaining half is the ‘failure’ points-of-view. Therefore, please provide your in-depth ‘OM’ opinion about what can be learned from the failure elements or perspectives or angles of view in the design and implementation of processes/outcomes/solutions, first in specific terms and then subsequently in general terms.
