1. In this activity you are asked to make an educated guess about where the time in your week goes. You will keep track of your actual time for a week. You will then share your time log and a brief summary about where you were right on target and other places where you under- or over-estimated the actual time spent on activities. Use the Time Management Activity template to estimate and then record your time.

2. Take some time to reflect on the results of your self-assessments and share your thoughts. Were you surprised at the results, or did you already know exactly how you manage time? Did the results motivate you to continue your current time-management habits or did you discover areas for improvement? Share your thoughts in the discussion and respond to at least one classmate.
