Past Medical History: COPD, CAD. No known allergy. Neuro: Ax3 She is out of bed. Vitals: BP 120/73, HR 82, O2 Sat 94, RR 18, Temp 97.9 Medications: Aspirin 81 mg twice a day orally, Enoxaparin ( Lovenox) 40 mg daily subcutaneously, Sacubitril/ Valsartan ( Entresto) 51 mg twice daily orally, Fluctose( Flonase) 1 spray each nostril twice a day, Spironolactone ( Aldactone) 25 mg twice daily orally, Metoprolol 25 mg tablet twice a day orally ( Hold ; if BP < 100 systolic, if HR < 60).
