Nada Textile is a local company that produces high quality batik with an exclusive traditional pattern. Product of the company received a very good response locally and abroad. In addition, the company also produces batik songket patterns based on a variety of ages. To meet growing demand, the company has established two production division, namely, the production of exclusive batik cloth and the production of songket with batik patterns. The owner of the company has appointed two managers to lead each the division, Omar and Zain. Omar has long service and experienced worker even though no high qualification. While Zain is the nephew of the owner of the company and has just completed a study abroad in the area of design and modeling. Recently, the top management received feedbacks and complaints from the employees. Results of the investigation found that Omar is hardworking and always provide guidance to employees. Managing tasks and welfare of the workers are taken care of. This resulted the employees liked and loved Omar. While Zain is more assertive and arrogant, always complained and scolded his employees with a simple thought could not be done. He also was more concerned with the job, if the employee has personal matters, the task must be completed in advance and cannot be deferred. Zain also doesn't really border of his employees, he prefer to treat his smartphone.
