You are a working as an ward clerk in an health care facility. You heard a loud 'thud' sound in the nearby room and you rushed to where the sound came from. You found Mrs. Jones on the floor beside her bed. She was conscious and was asking for help to get up. You pressed the Call bell to let the Supervisor/ Registered Nurse come in and assess Mrs. Jones. You made her comfortable by giving pillows to support the head and tender areas. You observed that Mrs. Jones could move her hands and feet. Mrs. Jones had bruises on her left arm and left heel. Meanwhile, the Supervisor came in to assess Mrs. Jones and do further actions. Supervisor asks you to assist the person in getting up from the floor. Then you verbally instruct Mrs. Jones to get up and sit on the floor and then support her on to stable furniture and get up from the floor.

1. How will you reassure the patient and ensure there will be no/ minimal further incidents of similar sort?
