2 year-old African American female who presents with a maculopapular rash to abdomen and extremities. Her VSS. She is alert, active, and happy. Mom reports rash started this morning on abdomen and has now spread to arms and legs. No itching or pain per mom. Mom reports she has not tried anything for the rash. She had fever of 103, nonproductive cough, and runny nose that started 3 days ago. Fever resolved yesterday. Mom reports using Tylenol for fever. Has not tried anything for rash. No change in appetite, BMs (2/day), or urination (4-5/day). No respiratory distress. Lungs clear. HEENT unremarkable.
