A.  A simple random sample of 75 people are given a new drug that is designed to relieve pain.  A second sample of 50 people are given a standard drug.  Both groups are asked if the medication relieved their pain.  Use the data collected to determine if the proportion of people experiencing pain relief is greater for those taking the new drug.

C  A simple random sample of 75 people are given two ice packs (A and B) and asked to place one on each knee.  The subjects record the amount of time that each ice pack continues to feel cold.  Use this data to test the claim that ice pack A stays cold longer than ice pack B.
