4. Do a comprehensive analysis of the external environment of the firm and the internal environment of the firm.

5. Develop a strategic plan for one of the company's businesses where you see that they can do better. (be creative, unique, come up with something different that will make you desirable by big firms, be through, understand the business first and its environment and then develop a plan, the plan must incorporate the most important things you have learned about strategy so far from the book, articles, discussions, and videos).
