Task: Leads Employment Engagement Initiatives/Annual Employment Survey.

Hiring and maintaining employees who have a strong commitment to the organization by adhering to the company's mission and financial objectives contributes to the organization's current and future growth, and upon evaluation, can increase its overall performance. Develop an employee engagement survey that confirms the employer's feelings regarding the workplace, their role, and the results to show how it aligns with its purpose and values.

Knowledge and Skills

K: Knowledge of how the company's values connect to the employees and how they relate to the company culture and mission statement.

K: Knowledge of how employees see their worth and how it may impact the company especially in their job performance.

K: Knowledge of how the engagement survey assesses the employees' motivation and engagement level in their daily activities.

S: Skills of customizing and sourcing feedback from employees regarding leadership, work, and the value of their output in terms of individual development.

S: Skills on how to identify employee engagement and how it relates to other categories, which include organizational, and job engagement.

S: Skills with developing an engagement survey that can analyze the feedback to determine if there are areas in the organization that may need improvement.

Answer:

Objective: Have agenda and controls in place to ensure employing workers who are committed to the development and success of the company (goal), work with managers to determine if employees development and performance is in alignment with the mission of the company (criterion), assess the responses from engagement survey to determine if performance and goal strategies are successful (context).
