"The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between the leadership effectiveness, knowledge sharing behaviour, business performance, firm strategy, and firm performance. This reason for chasing this article is to understand the relationships between leadership effectiveness, knowledge sharing behaviour, business performance, firm strategy, and firm performance. The research utilized statistical analysis and questionnaire techniques to collect and analyse data to uncover the connections between these variables. The study emphasized the importance of knowledge sharing behaviour and its positive effects on the organizations. Both leadership effectiveness and knowledge sharing behaviour were found to have a positive impact on the work performance, firm strategy, and firm performance. To conduct the analysis, the researchers employed various tools, including the LISREL program, IBM SPSS 23 software, and the SPSS PROCESS V.3 add-in. Confirmatory and explanatory factor analysis were performed along with the reliability analysis using the Likert type scale questions.
The correlation menu of the SPSS program was used to examine the relationships between the variables, while the regression menu and the PROCESS V.3 add in tested hypothesis and identified the mediating effect. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for the organizations and can guide the decision making in the workplace. Effective leadership and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing are crucial for enhancing work performance, firm strategy, and overall firm performance (Ahmad & Karim, 2019). By recognizing the positive impact of the leadership, effectiveness and knowledge sharing behaviour organizations can prioritize these factors and implement strategies to promote them within their workforce.
Understanding the relationships between these variables can effectively assist the managers and the leaders in designing effective leadership development programs, establishing knowledge sharing platforms, and creating a supportive environment that encourages collaboration and information exchange.
