3) How this point has been historically pointed out in the past back to 7 years.

4) How are the new scholars of the subject

5) The literature review, the purpose of the study and the mythology should be summarized and bounded together

6) Articulate where I got my research info from; for example, Devry University Library.

NOTE: since the topic is a new phenomenon, it may not be many predecessors that talked about the topic; however, what are other others states that preceded with such policy and what models and issues they faced that may likely be repeated in Colorado
