Scenario

A 78 year old man comes into the office for the first time. He states that his knees, hips, and wrists are always in pain. His previous doctor used to give him a pill that helped the pain and made it easier for him to walk and do things around the house. His doctor retired so he needs a new doctor. He also mentions that the doctor gave him a couple of other medications but doesn't really know what they are--he just takes them once a day.
