Question

PT was found on her knees facing and holding the bed. PT slid off her bed and couldn't get back up. Due to her medical necklace pendant being too far away from her, she couldn't call for help immediately. PT found the way to reach her pendant and call the nursing staff. PT was not injured.PT states she's been in her room like that for an hour and her knees and feet were starting to hurt and get numb. Upon our arrival, PT was conscious, alert and responsive, asking for help to get back on her bed. E81 attempt to lift PT by her underarms and that was unsuccessful, next method we used is seated tarp, positioning PT on her behind and lifting her up back to bed.
