Ms. Sarah Blankenship is a 42 year-old morbidly obese woman s/p 8 days knee replacement who requires pain meds on strict schedule. The nursing staff complains that she is "very demanding" and is unpleasant and anxious if she does not receive her PO pains meds at the exact moment they can be given. She does not like to ambulate and requires at least 2 people for getting in and out of bed. She loudly tells staff and visitors that "no one here likes me."
