You are the Director of HR at a global software company that sells HR Software. The company has been in operation for 25 years. There has been turnover at the company at all levels of the organization. The employee base consists of many different generations and cultures - Gen X, Gen Y, Gen Z. Some employees are ready for retirement.

Your project as the Director of HR is to uncover key strategies to help the multi-generational organization work more effectively. To develop your strategies, you interviewed internal employees to learn about their challenges and hear their ideas. In addition, you interviewed a few different companies that have successfully managed their multi-generational challenges.

• Your infographic will consist of one page

• It needs to be creative to display your information

• Outline your strategies and explain each strategy. Don't forget to answer the 'so what'? Why is it important? Don't just state your strategies.
