The second section must include an exemplar of how you, as a nurse, have demonstrated a ministry of caring in the patient-nurse relationship. Include a discussion of the elements of caring you used such as prayer, touch, caring, presence, etc. Include a description of the patient scenario and response; however, do not include names or identifying information. Lastly, include a brief overview of your feelings abour the scenario described and areas you see as strengths, as well as areas you need to strengthen in the provision of spiritual care.
