Job role: Sephora Retail Manager Job description:
-Undertake store administration duties such as manage store budgets and update financial records
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
- Hire, train, and oversee new staff
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Direct and oversee the recruitment, selection, training and development of staff to build and sustain a high performing team
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items
- Generate Sales Forecast
Credential:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 Years of experience working in retail/ beauty industry, ideally in managerial role
Knowledge of business management principles, financial report, forecast, budgeting and pricing.
