I grew up seeing my mom and dad being entrepreneurs, the way they lead their team and how they do the work with them always inspires me. The goal was to go to law school, but life happened. I ended up falling in love with business, leadership and the idea of making a change into this world. Most of us somehow experience the end of the bargain when it comes to the industry where we don't get the proper training, or even the right resources to do our job, or we experience micromanaging. My goal is to learn and apply what I'll be learning from this course to be better leader to people in my career or my personal life, be an inspiration, leave a mark and pave the way for generations to come.
