The topic of Diversity was discussed of the text, and has been engrained heavily into the mass social psyche since the early 2000's. Gen Y (better known in the media as Millennials) and Gen Z are the first generations to live in a world where Diversity has been discussed so much that the concept should be commonplace in the minds, lives, and lifestyles of everyone on the planet-not to mention engrained as a Best Practice for any business in their hiring practices-but is it? Are we practicing what we are preaching?

What about Inclusion? Is it just another word that gets lumped in with Diversity so much that we don't take the time to reflect on what it means? What does Inclusion mean, anyway? Is Inclusion the same as Diversity? Is one more important than the other? As managers and employers of today and tomorrow, how do we incorporate these concepts into our training and how we manage our teams and properties? How does your current job (or past jobs) rate on the subject?
