A Levels of Evidence table to support a literature synthesis in which you will conduct a synthesis of the literature related to supporting organizational outcomes. Identify literature (i.e., peer-reviewed research articles and performance improvement articles) to support the social change goal or outcome that will be the basis of the performance improvement strategy for the American Red Cross.

Consider the themes of the literature to support the use of the performance metrics, analysis, and intervention to develop and sustain positive outcomes for the organization. The Synthesis should be in support of the organization for the American Red Cross, and should include at least 15 peer-reviewed research articles or performance improvement articles. A peer-reviewed research article and a performance improvement article are examples of the latter, which may be from a credible source and have value, yet are not peer-reviewed.

A "Levels of Evidence Table" using 15 peer-reviewed research articles and performance improvement articles related to performance improvement strategies. Place the Levels of Evidence Table as an addendum to the literature synthesis. Provide a thematic overview of the literature to support the use of the performance metrics, analysis, and intervention to develop and sustain positive outcomes for the organization.
