A friend of yours is a doctor at a health clinic. The health clinic wants to have a system that will let patients make appointments to see a doctor at the clinic, through a phone app, so that they do not have to spend time answering phone calls for bookings. There are several other doctors who also work at the clinic besides your friend, and each of the doctors has specific days that they are available and specific health issues that they offer appointments for.

Because your friend knows you are a business analyst, they have come to you to ask if you will lead this change project to introduce a phone app booking system for them. You agree to do so.

When it is time for you to perform requirements elicitation regarding the booking system with mobile app, you prepare a set of questions to ask the manager of the health clinic to find out more detail about his exact needs. (You already know the things mentioned earlier in this question).
