Provided an in-depth explanation of the cultural factors that have or could impede or create barriers for your interviewee into the healthcare system with this statement my cultural background has yet influenced my work style as I don't like to care for others with bias. but when problem solving or decision making for myself, I definitely include my Christianity religion. Putting God first in my life affects the way that I handle situations, especially difficult ones. I think I like to revert to praying and leaving my worries to God. I also find hope and peace asking God for a sign or guidance through a difficult situation and look out for little things that may be a sign. Can you describe a time when you had to overcome a cultural barrier to achieve a goal? I think we all as nursing students come from different cultural backgrounds and are required to spend most of our time together, helping each other out in clinical settings, group projects, etc. I working in healthcare have to work with many people of the interdisciplinary team, and the patient, to reach a common goal of patient treatment, health, and satisfaction.
