Interview a decision-maker in a diagnostic testing office. The focus of your questions should be on the types of decisions the interviewee makes and the impact her/his decisions have on the operations of the diagnostic services to their patients and the operations of the office. It would be preferred if the interview could occur in a face-to-face meeting. However, if that is not possible a virtual meeting would be appropriate. You may want to use the same script suggested in the Module 2 HCL paper. Keep these following questions in mind while interviewing the decision-making.
