In own words, comment on the following: "My dissertation study will employ a thorough informed consent procedure to guarantee that individuals fully comprehend the nature of their involvement. Prospective participants will receive a comprehensive information sheet outlining the study's objectives, methodologies, length, risks, benefits, confidentiality protocols, and their entitlement to withdraw at any moment (Sil et al., 2017). The permission form will include comprehensible language suitable for the participant demographic, incorporate all aspects mandated by the IRB, and feature signature lines for documentation purposes. The protection of participants' rights and well-being will be guided by the three core principles of the Belmont Report. The report addresses the boundaries between research and practice and provides guidelines for obtaining informed consent, assessing risks and benefits, and recruiting participants (Zucker, 2014). The ethical aspect of data protection is essential for my research. Researchers must navigate legal and ethical obligations, balancing data protection with the advancement of science (do Canto, 2022). I will set up secure data storage with password-protected devices and encrypted files, use coding systems to distinguish identifying information from research data, create clear timelines for data retention and destruction, and restrict access to participant data."
