Who is a young female who reported to the clinic with 10 10-year history of stable headaches with a recent increase in headache severity and frequency. She experienced a visual aura that looked be zig zaggy flashes. She is photophobic, and she experienced light flashes behind her left eye 30 minutes before her headache. Headaches usually last for about 15 hours. Headache is also associated with junk food, alcohol use (red wine), and life stressors. She also experiences nausea and vomiting with a headache episode. No history of trauma, a family history of headaches with her mother; she is not on any prescribed medications but takes over-the-counter acetaminophen or ibuprofen to manage headaches. She has no allegories. Neurological examination is normal. General condition remains satisfactory. However, her condition affects her study and work as she feels stressed.
