As a medical assistant, it is important to understand key components that must be included in the medical record when a patient is seen by a physician. The ROS (Review of Systems) must contain specific pieces in order to receive reimbursement and maintain compliance with CMS. In this week's discussion, please research and discuss the three components that must be included in the ROS process.
