Purpose: To make changes in the current non-compliance practices (Employment policy) and implement the modifications within the organisation. Task to be performed: In this activity you will act as the operation manager, and you are required to update the current employment policy and procedure to include the issues identified in the activity 5. You are required to conduct research and identify the relevant legislations and regulations based on which you have to update the current employment policy and procedure attached as the appendix D. Once you have developed the policy and procedure you are required to communicate this with your staff mentioning the new changes in the employment policy and procedure. You are also required to explain in your email the importance of complying with the employment policy and procedure. You also need to attach the updated policy and procedure along with your email. Three of your classmates will act as the staff members to whom you are required to send an email, they will receive the email and confirm that they have read and understood the email and will comply with the changes specified in the new employment policy and procedure.
