The topic is about Gay men that have unprotected sex with each other which increases STIs, because they are using PrEP Truvada which decreases the chances of transmitting HIV to each other. Trying to come up with a realistic plan using condoms sounds like a great plan, but most men are not willing to use condoms because they know if they get a STI they can always get medication to cure it (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis). What suggestions/plans would you make to decrease the STIs with men having sex with men other than using condoms.
