You are the Project Manager for the HIM department and have been tasked with creating a project work plan for the next fiscal year. The HIM Director has asked you to identify projects in which the data being collected within the organization can be used for HIM quality initiatives. You will put together a presentation with potential HIM quality projects using secondary data sources. The director reminds you to include an assessment of the impact primary data has on the successful use of secondary data and to demonstrate the use of secondary data in the quality initiative.

A PowerPoint presentation that achieves the objectives outlined in the scenario. Please address the following bullet points in your presentation:

A project idea that would use healthcare data for a quality healthcare initiative. Include details of the project that illustrate the need for secondary data sources.
