For your environmental risk assessment analysis would consider factors like the toxicity of the chemical, the size and flow of the river, and the types of organisms that live in and around the river. For your health risk assessment analysis might be used to estimate the number of people who could get cancer if exposed to a certain level of a carcinogen or recognize the impact of fungi on human health in home environments.
