Write a one page overview of your Final Paper topic that focuses on a human resource practice or issue. The paragraph should describe the topic and why it is important to human resource management. Your topic should be focused on a specific aspect or application of a human resource practice. training and development are much too broad of a topic. An example of an acceptable compensation topic is the effectiveness of giving vacation as a part of compensation. Be prepared to support your topic paper with at least 1 supporting reference from empirical studies. A cover page is required.
For your final paper, you will review an HR practice or topic ( compensation,). The paper should be at least 8 pages in length (excluding cover and citations) with at least five different references (one may be the text book).
