Case 1: Regulation

Government regulations of businesses should be limited. Government regulations of businesses are costly, both for businesses and the taxpayers who fund the regulatory agencies. Forcing businesses to follow too many rules and regulations can stifle innovation, limit competition, and reduce the potential for economic growth. Moreover, many businesses already take responsibility for their own self-regulation and compliance with laws and regulations. Therefore, government-mandated regulations should only be implemented when absolutely necessary and should be limited to those that protect public health, safety, and the environment.

Case 2: Public Education

Public schools are a vital part of our society, and they need more resources than they currently have. Poorly funded public schools can lead to a lesser quality of education for students, which can have long-term consequences for the entire community. Investing in public schools is investing in our future, and it can help ensure that all students have access to a quality education. Furthermore, it can help reduce disparities in educational outcomes, increase economic growth, and create a fairer society. So, public schools should receive more funding.
